Have you ever wondered how to make one of your WordPress menu links, open in a new tab (instead of the same window)? Here’s a quick tutorial for you.
How to Open a WordPress Menu Link in a New Tab
Step 1. After you login to your WordPress dashboard click on “Appearance” then “Menus”.
Step 2. At the top right of your screen, click on “Screen Options”.
Step 3. Next check the box for “Link Target”.
Step 4. Open one of your menu items and check the box that say “open link in a new tab”.
Step 5. Click “Save Menu” and your all set.
