Hey everyone! Here is a new tutorial for the Emmy Blake theme. I will go over how to remove the Emmy Blake bow thats at the top of the header. This is a question I get asked a lot and it’s pretty easy to do. You will need to edit some of the CSS code but it’s super simple following these steps.

I also created a video on how to remove the Emmy Blake bow. If you would like to follow along in the video please watch this.

Step 1.

Start by logging into your WordPress dashboard then click on Appearance >> Editor.

Step 2.

To remove the Emmy Blake bow, look for this code:

Step 3.

Delete that code and replace it with the code below.

Step 4.

Click “Update File” then view your site. The Emmy Blake bow should be removed now.

Troubleshoot

If you do not see the change right away… try clearing your browser’s cookie/cache files and refresh your page again. If you are using a Cache plugin please also clear your cache in that plugins settings.
