Are you a blogger or online business owner and are experiencing Imposter Syndrome?  Trust me, we all go through it.  Scrolling through social media, seeing others in our niche that are successful, have the perfect house, perfect kids, etc.  Do not get discouraged.  I encourage you to take a break from social media.  Social media can cause unnecessary stress.  But remember, you created your business or blog, and that is a courageous step!  The goal is not to look like your competitors but be yourself!  People love to see the bad and the good. If you feel in a rut, trying something new might be just the key.  As business owners, we sometimes get caught up in the daily routine tasks of running our business.  Day in and day out, doing the same thing repeatedly.  Why not try something new to break the monotony.  Change can be good and give you a whole refreshed perspective. 

Seek Encouragement From Friends And Family 

Your family and friends are there for you to encourage.  They are your biggest supporters and do not mind you venting or even running new ideas by them.  Surround yourself with people who matter.  People who support you in the good and the bad days.  People who see you for you and will allow you to say what you feel.
