Hey everyone! I hope you are enjoying your summer! I’ve been busy trying to keep the kids busy 🙂 . Late night movies, visiting the pool, night walks with glow sticks, and going to the gym. Go figure… my 2 oldest love to use the gym machines, especially the treadmills. A good way at tiring them out!

Adore Me WordPress Theme Update

As changes happen to the world wide web and browsers (i.e. Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.) sometimes functions and/or codes in themes could go wrong. This is what happened to the Adore Me theme. It’s a small issue and I was able to come up with a fix pretty quick.

What Happened?

The images in the Category pages were stacking on top of each other (to the left side), instead of sitting side-by-side. This seemed to be only happening on Internet Explorer.

What Do I Do?

If you are seeing this same problem or you simply want to do this update to resolve future issues, please follow the steps below.

Important Note

If you made any changes in the CSS code (or PHP) of the design, then these changes will be removed when installing the new update.

| Step 1 – Download and Save the New Update

You will first need to get the new updated theme. Download the files then save them to your computer.

• Studio Mommy Customers – If you purchased the Adore Me theme from StudioMommy.com please log into your account to download the new update.
• Creative Market Customers – If you purchased from my Creative Market shop please login to your Creative Market account to download the new update.
• Etsy Customers – If you purchased this theme from Etsy. Please send me a support ticket and I will get those files over to you ASAP.

If you have trouble downloading the new update please send me a support ticket.

| Step 2 – How to Upload the New Theme

If you already have the Adore Me theme installed on your blog… you will first need to delete it before you can install the updated one. I have a tutorial on how to do this in case your not sure. Please Note: if you made any changes in the CSS code (or PHP) of the design then these changes will be removed when installing the new update.
