With the recent WordPress and Genesis’s updates… there have been lots of changes. One of the changes is the extra Genesis footer credit at the bottom of your site. You may see something like this:

You will see 2 copyrights stacked on top of each other. You can remove the bottom copyright by following these steps in this video or the written steps below.

1. After you login to your WordPress Dashboard click on “Appearance” then “Customize”.

2. Next, click on “Theme Settings” then “Footer”.

3. Delete everything you see in the white box. Then click on “Publish”.

The extra Genesis footer credit should be gone now.
